The main reasons for this are genetic factors, stress, irregular eating habits and environmental factors. On the other hand, dementia is a common neurological disease among young and middle-aged people. This disease, which causes damage to nerve cells as a result of the immune system mistakenly attacking the body's own tissues, can occur at a young age and may show a progressive course. Environmental factors, eating habits and lifestyle can be effective in the increase in dementia cases among young people.”
