The teams working in our Çilimli Community Health Center organized an event program by opening a stand to encourage mothers and expectant mothers to normal birth and to draw attention to the importance of breast milk within the scope of the natural normal birth action plan. In the program organized in Çilimli District State Hospital and attended by hospital administrators, health personnel and citizens; citizens were informed about nutrition during pregnancy, the importance of breast milk, newborn screening and newborn care, and brochures were distributed.
In the event, the staff of the Cancer Early Diagnosis Screening and Training Center (KETEM) unit affiliated to the Directorate of Public Health Services opened the KETEM awareness stand and gave information about cancer types, risk factors, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment methods and distributed the prepared brochures.
