Heat stroke can cause brain hemorrhage and heart attack!

Experts warned that heat stroke can cause many diseases such as cerebral hemorrhage and heart attack even in healthy people.

Experts who warned about heat stroke due to the hot weather brought by summer weather said, “Water consumption should be increased as fluid loss in the body increases and electrolyte balance is disturbed in extreme heat. Extreme heat, which can cause many diseases such as heat stroke, cerebral hemorrhage and heart attack, which affect even healthy people, poses a greater risk for hypertension, diabetes and heart patients. For this reason, if possible, people should avoid going out between 11.00-16.00 and those who do should take care to stay in the shade. You should wear a hat and cool your hands, face, neck and arms with water. When you get home, a warm shower will be useful to balance the body temperature. Water consumption should be increased as fluid loss in the body increases and electrolyte balance is disturbed in extreme heat. If there is no disease that requires fluid restriction, it is necessary to consume 2 and a half liters of water a day.”

Noting that water is vital in hot weather, experts underlined that at least 2-2.5 liters of fluid should be consumed every day.
