To avoid these, at least 2-2 and a half liters of water should be consumed. Low-fat cheeses and vegetables should be consumed for breakfast. Avoid caffeinated drinks as much as possible. Again, plenty of fruits and vegetables should be consumed in order to provide adequate vitamin and mineral supplementation. Light-colored, thin and breathable clothes should be worn outdoors and hats should be worn to protect from the sun. Rest breaks should be taken at regular intervals in shade and cool areas.
