She stated that the winter months allow retinoic acid to gently peel off the top layer of the skin, allowing healthy collagen synthesis to occur in the lower layer. Uzm. Stating that the epilation season has opened, Turan said that sunbathing and solarium reduce the effectiveness of epilation and increase the risk of side effects. For this reason, he stated that the winter period is safer and more effective before epilation. She also recommends spot treatment for those who suffer from spots.
