Rest is important

“Contagiousness starts the moment the symptoms start, even 1 day before. Contagiousness continues as long as there are symptoms. A large amount of fluid should be consumed during the illness. This fluid does not have to be only water. You can drink vitamin C-rich orange juice, linden, sage tea, tea with lemon. Since vitamin C strengthens the body's defense system, fruits, especially citrus fruits, should be consumed. Consuming dark green leafy fresh vegetables frequently will also increase your body resistance.”
